ART-A-WHIRL 2023
Art-A-Whirl is the largest open studio tour in the country, which happens annually throughout Northeast Minneapolis the third weekend of May.
Over 1,200 NEMAA member artists, galleries, and businesses participate across all of Northeast Minneapolis at over 70 locations. Art-A-Whirl is a fantastic way to connect with artists in their own spaces, enjoy demonstrations and interactive activities, listen to live music, and enjoy local restaurants and breweries.
Art-A-Whirl is free and open to the public.

Fiber artist Jules Niemi from the Bitter North Workshop will be hosting machine tufting demos throughout the weekend where she welcomes participants to get hands on with the tufting gun, each tufting a small part of a larger piece that will be on display at Casket Arts post Art-A-Whirl!
Demo schedule:
Friday: 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Saturday: 1:00pm – 1:45pm I 6:00pm – 6:45pm
Sunday: 12:00pm – 12:45pm I 3:00pm – 3:45pm
